Design has a vital role in communication. Good design can simplify information, communicate a message, and connect people. It is to be accessible and easy to understand for users. It is meant to have visual appeal, enhancing curiosity and emotion. Design is the balance between form and function which will make an impact in the viewer’s lives.

Ministry design’s purpose is to glorify God and exalt and honor Christ. Design in ministry plays a vital role. It is used to spread awareness of the ministry to the community, communicate the Gospel, and showcase what the ministry is. When a ministry is present, the leader’s goal is to let the community know that they are present, but most importantly spread the Gospel. Within the design, we can give the viewer a sneak peek of what the ministry is like and influence the actions of the viewer whether they will visit or not. Through design, the ministry leader can reach this goal and glorify and honor God. “Let all things be done decently and in order.” 1 Corinthians 14:40.
